About us
My name is Nicole Liebenrood and I am the founder of LiebenFood Company, whose name was inspired by my wife’s family.
A professional nutritionist and gastronomist, Chilean by nationality but based in England, I am an inveterate lover of food and the world of cafés, bistros and bakeries.
In my travels in Spain, Türkiye and England, I have realised that not everyone knows and/or uses the classic flavours that we have in my native country, so I want to venture to make known the classic flavours of my country and its surroundings.
Our mission is to bring new ingredients into European cafes, restaurants and bistros, and to raise awareness of their use among European consumers.
Our vision is to make our products known and consumed all over the world.
